They apply to all pages, sub-domains, linked portals, and digital touchpoints operated by Geovision Services.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Website immediately.
These Terms are intended to provide clarity on the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both Geovision Services and Website users. They support a transparent, professional, and lawful relationship between the Company and all users who interact with our digital platforms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement enforceable under applicable commercial and electronic commerce legislation in the governing jurisdiction. Access to the Website implies acceptance of all Terms and Conditions without modification.
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:
Where you access the Website on behalf of a corporate entity, partnership, trust, or other legal organisation, you further represent that you have been duly authorised by that entity’s governing body or board to bind it to these Terms, and that the entity is validly constituted under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation or registration.
Geovision Services is a professional, full-service event management and experiential services company. The Company’s core competencies encompass the end-to-end conceptualisation, strategic planning, logistical coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution of premium corporate events, international conferences, black-tie gala dinners, executive retreats, product launches, trade exhibitions, award ceremonies, team-building programmes, hybrid and virtual events, and related experiential engagements.
The Website operates as both an informational resource and a commercial gateway through which prospective and existing clients may explore the Company’s service offerings, review its portfolio, submit enquiries, request proposals, and engage with the Geovision Services team.
The Website does not constitute an offer to contract, and no binding service agreement is formed unless and until a formal written contract is executed by both parties.
Users are authorised to access and use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes, including:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of Website access, civil liability, and, where applicable, criminal prosecution:
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, written copy, editorial content, graphic design, illustrations, photographs, video productions, audio recordings, brand identities, event photography, portfolio assets, presentation materials, technical specifications, source code, software, databases, and all creative works, is the exclusive intellectual property of Geovision Services or its duly licensed content partners.
This content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, design rights, and intellectual property laws, including relevant domestic and international intellectual property protections.
Geovision Services grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Website content solely for the purpose of evaluating and engaging with the Company’s services. This licence expressly excludes:
The Geovision Services name, logotype, wordmarks, taglines, colour schemes used as brand identifiers, and all associated distinctive signs are trade marks or registered trade marks of the Company in applicable jurisdictions. Unauthorised use of these marks in commerce constitutes trade mark infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
By submitting content to Geovision Services, including enquiries, testimonials, event briefs, or feedback, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, translate, and distribute such content in connection with its business operations, marketing, and promotional activities, subject to applicable privacy law.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.
All enquiries, proposal requests, quote requests, or expressions of interest submitted through the Website are pre-contractual communications. They do not create, imply, or constitute a binding service agreement.
A formal, written service contract or letter of engagement, signed by authorised representatives of both parties, is required to establish any contractual obligation.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and legality of all information, briefs, event specifications, and instructions you provide to Geovision Services.
The Company shall bear no responsibility for service failures, cost overruns, or unsatisfactory outcomes attributable to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading client-supplied information.
All event photography, video content, case studies, testimonials, floor plans, design renderings, and service descriptions displayed on the Website are illustrative of the Company’s general capabilities and past work.
Actual service deliverables, creative outcomes, and event experiences will be defined exclusively by the terms of your signed event services agreement. No guarantee, representation, or warranty is made that specific results, aesthetics, or attendee experiences depicted on the Website will be replicated without prior written confirmation.
In delivering event services, Geovision Services may engage third-party vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, caterers, audio-visual specialists, venue operators, transportation providers, entertainers, and other service partners.
Such engagements are governed by separate commercial arrangements between the Company and those third parties, and do not create any direct contractual relationship between you and those third parties.
Geovision Services ensures that its event operations comply with applicable health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where it operates.
Clients are responsible for securing any event-specific permits, licences, or approvals required for their events unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Any pricing or fee estimates referenced on the Website are indicative, preliminary, and subject to change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer.
Confirmed, binding pricing will be set out in a formal written quotation, proposal, or service agreement. All quoted fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax, Goods and Services Tax, or equivalent levies, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Specific payment schedules, deposit requirements, milestone payment structures, and instalment arrangements applicable to each engagement shall be stipulated in the signed service agreement.
Geovision Services reserves the right to withhold the commencement of planning, production, or procurement activities pending receipt of agreed deposits or advance payments.
In the absence of specific cancellation terms in a signed service agreement, the following standard policy applies. All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to the designated Geovision Services account manager:
| Notice Period | Non-Refundable Portion |
| More than 90 days before event | 25% of total contracted fee |
| 61 to 90 days before event | 50% of total contracted fee |
| 31 to 60 days before event | 75% of total contracted fee |
| 30 days or fewer before event | 100% of total contracted fee |
Note: Non-refundable amounts represent costs already committed or irrecoverably incurred by Geovision Services in anticipation of the event, including vendor deposits, venue reservations, design and production expenditure, and personnel allocations. These provisions shall be applied fairly and in good faith.
Where an event is postponed rather than cancelled, Geovision Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. A postponement fee may apply where costs have already been incurred. Specific postponement provisions are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Any dispute relating to an invoice issued by Geovision Services must be raised in writing within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts remain payable in full by the original due date.
The Company will investigate and respond to disputed charges within 21 business days. Failure to raise a dispute within the prescribed period constitutes acceptance of the invoice.
All users must accept and adhere to these Terms and Conditions when using the Geovision Services Website. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in restricted access, termination of Website use, or further legal action where appropriate.
Geovision Services may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.
